About Rellio

I spent almost twenty years photographing homes for Norwegian brokers — around 14,000 of them, from Trysil to Fredrikstad.

When you shoot that many homes, you end up seeing everything around the photos too: the booking calls that take four tries, the seller who never confirms the time, the campaign that goes out late because someone was chasing a floor plan. The photography was the easy part. The coordination around it was what ate the brokers' evenings.

Rellio is the tool I kept wishing my brokers had. It books the providers, keeps the seller in the loop by SMS, turns the photos into finished campaigns, and answers the inquiries that come in at 21:40 — while the broker approves everything that goes out. The AI does the work that used to take days of back and forth — a campaign, a styled photo, a confirmed booking — in seconds. And it handles provider invoicing, which I can say from the other side of the table was a mess for everyone: time-consuming for us providers, and a pile of loose ends for office admins.

I started building Rellio in the summer of 2023, and over the years more than seven people have had their hands in it — designers, frontend and backend developers, and a few dozen agents who shaped it listing by listing before we opened it up.
